Hello! I am a postdoctoral researcher in the Department of Philosophy at Bielefeld University. Previously, I completed my PhD in Philosophy at the London School of Economics (LSE). My research interests are mainly in normative ethics, metaethics, and political philosophy.
My research focuses on constraints that morality imposes on how agents structure and lead their lives. My current project tackles this question by investigating the nature of moral rights, with a focus on the notion of imperfect rights. In my PhD thesis, I discussed the distinction between perfect and imperfect duties in the context of debates about the demandingness of morality, supererogation, and cases of collective harm.
Before starting my PhD, I completed an MSc in Philosophy and Public Policy at the LSE and a BA in Political Science at Lomonosov Moscow State University.
